A BIT ABOUT THERAPY
Therapy sessions usually take place once a week or bi-weekly virtually for 50 minutes per session. During your therapy sessions, you'll have a safe environment where you can feel comfortable sharing your story. It's important that you feel heard, seen, and understood during your sessions. Together, we will build on your strengths to create small steps you can take today to start feeling better. You should feel accepted right where you are in life, but also feel challenged to reach your desired goals for the future.
